Capcom has confirmed during the recent PlayStation Showcase at Paris Games Week that it will be hosting a special beta exclusively for PlayStation Plus subscribers, starting on December 9 and running through December 12.
Retaining the series' skill based progression and robust crafting system, players gear up to venture on quests to seek and slay monsters, progressively improving their skills to become the ultimate hunter.
Multiple quests will be on offer, allowing players to take on monsters like the Great Jagras and Anjanath. Capcom also announced that an exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn DLC will be available for Playstation gamers.
Shin Megami Tensei V Teaser Trailer Revealed For Nintendo Switch
There's still no information or release date for Shin Megami Tensei V but Atlus will be announcing more in the near future. The trailer then cuts to black and the mysterious words, "Shekinah Glory" and "Daath" appear on the screen.
The other news is that PlayStation Plus users will get a chance to try out Monster Hunter World for themselves first, thanks to a special online beta period. Littered with the skeletons of deceased monsters, a land of unique and big creatures awaits amongst this bed of bones.
Previous installments of the game franchise included similar costume changes, just like the "Legend of Zelda" armor in "Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate", which was released on the Nintendo 3DS a few years ago. Either way, it's a nice surprise and fans can not wait to play as her.
"Monster Hunter: World" is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 26, 2018.
