Mueller is suing Swift, saying he was falsely accused.

Swift's response succinctly articulates a truth that shouldn't need saying: When a man assaults a woman, any consequences he faces are a result of his own actions.

Greg Dent, the latest witness in the hearing over lawsuits between Swift and former DJ David Mueller, said in his testimony: "I saw his hand under her skirt".

Swift is now a party to an action that is taking place in the federal court system in Denver, Colorado.

Ms Swift complained to KYGO and the station fired Mr Mueller two days later. Coomer was the person who talked with Bell that night about what Swift said happened then relayed the information to Call. It shows Mueller, his girlfriend and Swift standing together, smiling.

He was sacked from his $150,000-a-year "dream job" at country station KYGO-FM after Swift's team reported the alleged assault to his boss.

Swift's mother also testified and said that she "knew something was horribly wrong" when she saw the photo and found her daughter feeling humiliated.

The photo seen by jurors shows Mueller with his hand behind Swift, just below her waist.

"I take my cues from her in certain situations, and she continued with the photos", Dent said. Swift responded to the first variation of the question with, "I don't feel anything about Mr. Mueller". She also said that no one else could have groped her.

When McFarland tried to sway the argument to whether she was critical of Dent for allowing someone to grope her, Taylor fired back with, "No, I am critical of your client sticking his hand under my skirt and grabbing my ass". To be frank, lots of people don't believe women who say they've been assaulted and/or abused.

Pop star Taylor Swift has insisted Denver DJ David Mueller grabbed her bare backside and held on for a long time, during a whirlwind hour of testimony in a U.S. federal court.

Call also testified that Mueller had changed his story, first denying the incident occurred at all and then conceding that it might have taken place, but that any contact would have been "accidental or incidental".

Swift counter-sued for assault and battery, asking for damages of $1. "It was intentional. He stayed latched onto my bare a. cheek".

Swift, who wore a short-sleeved floral print dress, was in combative form as she was questioned for around an hour, occasionally rebuking Mueller's attorney for his line of inquiry. "He touched my behind", Swift said, adding that she had a "3-D recollection" of what had transpired.
