Halo 5 4K Update Confirmed For Xbox One X

Guardians is one of the most gorgeous games on Xbox One and it's about to get a substantial upgrade.

Another cool thing about those four games becoming backwards compatible is that LAN support will also be included, so you can play on multiple Xbox consoles that are all hooked up to one another to play with your friends if you're all in the same room.

With the power of the Xbox One X at its disposal, the team at 343 wanted to dive in to deliver the best Halo 5 experience for the console, but unfortunately wasn't quite ready to make this announcement during E3 last month.

While a release date isn't available yet, more information will be available at RTX 2017 - including a demo of the 360 versions of both Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST running on the Xbox One.

White House gender pay gap worse than national average, report says
Ivanka Trump took her plea for equal pay for equal work directly to CEOs at a Tuesday summit at the White House. The report said the average salary among men working in the white house was more than $105,000 a year.

A thanks goes out to many members of the community for sending this one in! Much like the recent addition of Call of Duty: Ghosts to BC, this is all about giving fans options.

All of these games will include campaign and multiplayer in full, and will even support LAN play on Xbox One, which includes LAN play between Xbox One and Xbox 360.

In other words, that's all we know: Halo 5 will not be remastered or re-released for Xbox One X. Instead the existing game will simply be updated to support 4K graphics on Xbox One X only. This is about as good as anyone could hope for, short of concrete news about future games.

Furthermore, 343 noted on Halo Waypoint that "every Xbox 360 Halo add-on map pack in the Xbox Store will be made available for free".
