Baahubali is US; Dangal in China

The country, where the entertainment industry is considered as a sunrise industry, hit a record revenue of Dollars 6.8 crore in 2015, up 49 percent from the previous year, according to China's regulator, State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television.

Meanwhile, Baahubali 2 has grossed Rs. 1100 crore across the globe and is likely to end up around Rs. 1500 crore in its full run.

Dangal is Bollywood's biggest release in China till date but not the only one.

This is more than double to previous highest grosser which means anyone who aims to beat Baahubali 2 should come up with something very special and magical.

The film was well received in China and was released in almost 2000 screens in China. In India, Baahubali 2 will soon cross the Rs 400-crore mark in net box-office collections.

PK - Another one of Aamir Khan's wholesome entertainers, PK was a roaring success in China.

The film has earned $ 17.2 million (Rs 111 crore) at the U.S. box office up till now and it is no mood of stopping its box-office express. The film collected Rs. 107 crores.
