Browns announce 2017 preseason schedule


The August 21 game will be nationally televised on Monday Night Football, giving the football world a first look at presumptive No. 1 overall pick Myles Garrett and the rest of the ample Browns rookie class.

Exact dates and kickoff times will be announced in the near future. Following joint practices in Houston before the second preseason tilt for both clubs in 2016, New Orleans dropped a 16-9 exhibition to the Texans at NRG Stadium on August 20.

The full regular season schedule is expected to be released later this month before the draft. The Browns' last preseason Monday Night Football game was 2014 against the Redskins.

The Saints have been winless in four preseason contests against Ravens, including a 23-14 New Orleans loss in the preseason finale on September 1, 2016.
