The Jets mandatory mini-camp in Florham Park will be June 13-15 before the players go on an extended break prior to the start of training camp in July (date TBD).

The first two weeks of the offseason program are activities limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation.

On another note, the offseason workouts will be the first chance for fans to see new receiver Alshon Jeffery in midnight green.

Player attendance at OTAs are on a voluntary basis.

Seattle's OTAs are May 30, June 1-2, June 5-6 and June 8-9.

The NFL on Monday released the schedules for every team's offseason workout program, including the dates for organized team activities (OTAs) and minicamps. This phase lasts two weeks. Teams can also conduct separated team practice with no live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills.

These workouts are governed by the collective bargaining agreement and are broken into three phases.

NFL teams are permitted up to 10 days of OTAs, but the Seahawks only have seven this year as a result of punishment the leagued handed down in September over Seattle's latest violation of offseason practice regulations.

But according to Joe Fann of 49ers.com, head coach Kyle Shanahan elected not to do this, preferring to give his coaching staff an extra week of prep time before actually working with the players themselves. Two teams, the Bills and Chargers, started today.

The first series of on-the-field practices will be conducted from May 23-25.
