Arsenal future not sorted completely: Wenger

The last month or so has been very painful and has been one to forget for anyone associated with Arsenal as the Gunners were humbled by Bayern Munich in their 10-2 aggregate loss in the Champions League round of 16 before being beaten 3-1 and Anfield followed by a shock 3-1 defeat at the Hawthorns to West Brom.

Wenger's current deal is due to expire at the end of the season and the support base are angry that the Gunners' hierarchy have not attempted to force the manager's hand in making a definitive decision one way or the other, or even taking charge of the situation themselves.

Wenger revealed after the 3-1 loss at West Brom before the global break that he had made up his mind whether he will stay or go - but has still to reveal his decision.

A victory for Manchester City at Arsenal on Sunday would be a hammer blow for the London side's hopes of securing a Champions League place.

Wenger also rejected suggestions that the uncertainty surrounding his future was causing instability at the club and impacting results. "They want to win every game. I hope the club will find an agreement with them", Wenger told reporters on Thursday. Our job is to perform. To be professional is to perform on the football pitch and not look for excuses that are not really problems off the pitch.

"I think a manager like Arsene, who has had a lot of years in one team, is so important", Guardiola said. You know my attachment to this club and at the moment it is as it is and I do not see any escape route to have less responsibility because of that. Prosecutor Mark Lee noted that Crawford could recall various details of the night during his grand jury testimony. London said he knew Hernandez through his work and would see him frequently at clubs around Boston .

Wenger added of Sanchez: "I think he's happy here". "I think the mood generally among the fans is good".

"When you lose a lot of games it is a unsafe moment", he said. "He has started to work and hopefully he will start to run and then help us in the last games of the season and then come back in the preseason fit", Guardiola said.

He was critical of how his players had performed in their previous game - the 1-3 loss at West Bromwich Albion before the global break - acknowledging that "there was something missing".

"For the first time, the AST made a decision to ballot their members during the season amid mounting concerns over the disunity in the stands and the team's disappointing form".

"They are not top, top flawless but yes", he said, adding that he is optimistic that Jesus can return to the squad before the end of the season.
