These rumors have been confirmed as India Today reported that Honor 8 Lite ditched the dual rear cameras. Photographers might be a bit disappointed that the Nova lite has single-lens 12-megapixel rear-facing camera, but on the bright side, it's got an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The handset supports 4K video recording and it is capable of capturing 3D photos and perform 3D modelling, as claims the company. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor, and comes with a 3,000mAh battery. The 4GB RAM model of the Honor V9 ships with 64GB of native storage, and it costs 2,599 Yuan ($377) in China. Android 7.0 Nougat comes pre-installed in the Honor V9, and on top of it there is Huawei's Emotion UI (EMUI) 5.0 skin.

It is available for order in China and goes on sale from February 28. It is basically an affordable version of the Honor 8 and comes with a 2.5D 5.2-inch fullHD display, 3/4GB of RAM, 32/64 GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a microSD card (of up-to 128GB) and a 3,000 mAh non removable battery. More, the phone will be available in Aurora Blue, Platinum Gold and Flame Red color options. It has an octa-core Kirin 655 (4x2.1GHz +4x1.7Ghz) 16nm processor with Mali T830-Mp2 GPU stacked along with 3GB/ 4GB RAM.
