Guam - Public Law 30 - 21, is a law that prevents the sale of public land without the legislatures approval. That law was based on a veto override that included a deciding vote by former Senator Matt Rector. The question now is: if Rector never qualified to become a senator based on his prior conviction, what now becomes of the law that needed his vote to pass?
